Nothing new about that, but the difference with these is that the USB port(s) put out a huge 2.1A to fast charge an iPad. Single outlet or double outlet models available. Please note that only one of the outlets on the double outputs 2.1A; the other is rated for 1A (to suit an iPhone, etc). This unit includes a USB charging cable to suit iPad/iPhone/iPod.
